About Tenderworks
Founded in 2015, Tenderworks specializes in the design and construction of premium composite tenders and chase boats ranging from 10 to 20 meters for the international superyacht industry. Every vessel is custom-built and crafted entirely in-house at our facility in Warmond, where design, engineering, production, outfitting, and delivery all take place under one roof.
As our fleet continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Aftersales Support specialist to strengthen our team and ensure our clients receive the highest level of support long after delivery.
The Role
As Aftersales Support specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for customers after the delivery of their tender or chase boat. You will be responsible for managing aftersales activities, coordinating service and warranty requests, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Working closely with our Aftersales Manager, you will ensure that all customer requirements are handled professionally, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities
· Act as the main contact for all aftersales, service, warranty, and refit requests
· Coordinate maintenance, repair, and warranty activities
· Plan and manage refit projects
· Organise and schedule service visits
· Manage the supply and logistics of spare parts
· Monitor project progress, quality, and customer satisfaction
· Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
· Provide a seamless and premium aftersales experience in line with the Tenderworks brand
What We Are Looking For
· Demonstrable experience in a similar aftersales, service, or technical coordination role
· A customer-oriented and proactive mindset
· Strong organisational and communication skills
· Technical affinity and interest in the maritime industry
· A completed MBO or HBO degree; maritime experience is an advantage
· Excellent command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken
· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
· Available full-time (40 hours per week)
